A Little Bit About Darren

Darren was born in Portland, Oregon. He has a brother still in Clackamas and a sister in Washington. His brother, Dave, also has a long history in the world of insurance. Clearly, the Ross family has deep ties to this industry and Darren now finds himself working for yet another family owned insurance agency. Darren is the uncle to owners Seth & Ashley Pietsch.

Darren grew up in Happy Valley and attended Clackamas High School before graduating from OSU with a degree in Mathematics and Education. He continues to be a huge OSU fan and attends as many football and baseball games as possible.

Darren’s journey in insurance began in 1988 as an Underwriter/Auditor. He has since managed several agencies and continues to provide excellent support and guidance to the office environment.

When Darren is not working, he loves being in the outdoors with his wife, Lisa. They enjoy fishing, hiking, cycling and spending time with their three sons. They are also blessed with two grandchildren, who they adore.
