Meet Seth & Ashley Pietsch, the founders of Integrity Insurance and Bonding Inc.

With a deep-rooted history in the world of insurance, Ashley's journey began early on, as her parents owned a successful insurance agency, Ross & Associates. Starting as a receptionist in 2004, Ashley quickly rose to become an Account Manager, showcasing her expertise and passion for the industry.

Meanwhile, after meeting Ashley at Oregon State University, and concluding a career in minor league baseball, Seth joined Ross & Associates in 2007, shortly after he and Ashley were married.

In 2015, a significant shift occurred when Ashley's parents made the decision to sell their agency to a large, regional brokerage as they headed into retirement.

After dipping their toes in the corporate insurance world, Seth and Ashley soon realized that their true passion lay in the small agency mentality. They yearned to return to forming genuine connections with clients and catering to individual needs, rather than sending them to impersonal service centers. For them, it was about building relationships and enabling clients to thrive, not solely focusing on profits.

Fueled by the desire to return to their roots, Seth and Ashley took a leap of faith in 2018 and established Integrity Insurance & Bonding Inc., marking the beginning of a new chapter. Guided by a profound mission, the agency aims to empower both clients and employees to achieve personal and financial stability, offering peace of mind through comprehensive insurance solutions and creating an engaging work environment.
