Do you have a successful track record of selling Commercial Lines Insurance? Pride yourself in winning and wowing customers? Excel at planning and managing your time to maximize selling opportunities? Can you shake off a 'no' and consistently carry on? If so, then we want to talk to you! Our agency needs an experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join our fast growing team. This position offers the right candidate a fantastic opportunity to earn unlimited residual income while growing and maintaining a commercial lines book of business. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and maximizing profitable relationships with clients and for growing the book of business through new client sales.
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in commercial lines insurance sales. They will interact daily with prospects, clients, insurance carriers, and fellow employees while conducting specific sales and marketing activities. The candidate must also have excellent organizational and communication skills and be goal-oriented.
RESPONSIBILITIESDemonstrate strong knowledge of insurance products and usages, rating procedures, underwriting procedures, coverages, and industry operations to effectively secure new business and maintain existing client base.
Identify, qualify, and develop commercial insurance opportunities with new and existing clients.
Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients, prospects and carriers through regular follow-up, accurate and timely quotations, and general account support.
Actively partner, network, and plan for new clients and business opportunities.
Support and prepare clients for renewal and retention and maintain strong client relationships.
Anticipate, respond to, and follow-up on all existing client needs.
Monitor, review, and report on key metrics to ensure sales targets are achieved, and execute sales activity documentation in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty Insurance License
2+ Years Sales Experience Preferred
AMS360 Experience Preferred
Attention to Detail
Proficiency in MS Word/Outlook/Excel
Team Player
Motivated, Self-Starter
